We recently purchased a 2004 X3 from Bill Dodge BMW Auto group in Westbrook, Me. We were sold a five year BMW service contract, 5 year service contract and a Platinum Wheel and tire coverage including the group in Westbrook, Me. We were sold a five year BMW service contract, 5 year service contract and a Platinum Wheel and tire coverage including the key replacement. The Financial Manager explained the coverage was five years and we thought it was expensive @ $8000. But would put our mind at rest for future maintance and any mechanical problems for the next 5 years or 100,000 miles. We have been waiting for three weeks to have routine maintance and our tires fixed. The Financial service manager has been contacted three times and he won’t call us back. We are very frustrated at the level of service from this BMW dealer and we expected much more. We want to hear that the contract explained to us by Matthew Ross F&I Manager, at the point of sale and what we signed and paid for is accurate and complete.
