The service was absolutely beyond satisfactory. My husband and I spent the entire day car shopping. We went to at least 4 different dealerships and test drove 4 cars. We were ready to sign for a used car at one of those dealerships that was in less than ideal conditions, but I followed my instincts and didn’t sign. On our way home we decided to make one more stop because we were close to Bill Dodge in Westbrook (even though we were highly discouraged and completely worn out from other dealerships). The minute we stepped out of our car snd went towards the lot Matt was greeting us with a kind smile and a no pressure presence that was very welcoming after the day we had. I immediately knew I wanted the car that had just be put on the lot…it still had plastic on it! Matt was kind enough to take the plastic off and let us go for a test drive. He broke down the pricing and I could have cried with relief. We were getting a better deal for a BRAND new car here than we were with any used car we were looking at. We test drove the Kia and within 10 minutes Matt had a buyers agreement written up for us and assured us everything would be ready when we returned from my bank in the next couple of days! When we returned to finish our financing part, Matt greeted us again and made sure we were all set with how the features of the car worked before we left the lot. He even took us on a tour of the service department so we would know where to go for our future services. We were buying one of the lower end, smaller Kia sedans but we felt like such valued and special clients! We are so happy that we made that stop on the way home. Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook will now be our family dealership for all future vehicle purchases! So thankful for Matt and his team!! More
