We needed to rent a Hertz to go car shopping... GOOD GRIEF! We purchased a 2017 KIA Sportage EX with low miles. The price was within my budget, once financing was worked out. The dealerships had a variety of SUV's in close proximity. This place had EVERY make and model you could hope for....but not one DODGE on the lot.... lol figure that. The Manager did everything to meet our requests. April and Sue made a great tag team...even through that paperwork. We had to return our rental car in a time frame, and they even allowed us to TEST DRIVE our soon to be vehicle to take back the rental car. We were STRANDED in Maine for 4 days, and somehow we are glad this all happened. Their vehicles are clean and detailed perfectly! I have never before had such a wonderful experience car shopping, and buying, before. Kristal spent literally hours with me answering all my questions patiently and showing me all aspects of the van and Dylan guided me through the financing so patiently and also answered many questions. I was totally impressed with their no pressure ,yet so professional approach. Respect for the customer and their needs is given such a high priority here. The staff was friendly and made the buying process easier to deal with. I traded in a 2021 Silverado 1500 with 5000 miles for a 2019 Silverado 2500 with 18000 miles.
