Always had great service until today. The work they did was fine-as far as I know-oil change and tire rotation. What happened to the dove star service? Explaining what was done? I had to ask them they looked and said, nothing was called out. I also have never paid for an oil change after leasing three trucks over seven years. The past crews already checked my point’s account or found a deal. This time I asked about it after being told it would $109. I asked if I had any bill dodge points or a coupon. I was told my bill dodge account had no points but there was a coupon that could be used to lower it to $69. How come that wasn’t offered to me to start? Also when I got how and checked my bill dodge points account had a $25 credit. Freakin guy lied to me. I have stayed with Bill Dodge based on service and that now gone. More

I have a brand new 2022 gmc pickup which has a few safety issues with no emergency braking, no gap distance control while on cruise control. Unable to find the problem so far after the first service visit. I issues with no emergency braking, no gap distance control while on cruise control. Unable to find the problem so far after the first service visit. I’m now scheduled to leave the truck for at least a day for more troubleshooting. I’m sure they are doing there best to fix it. After this next service if it’s not corrected I hope GM will provide me with a loaner vehicle so I can leave it and get it corrected. I do not want to keep setting up additional appointments due to one hour and a half drive time each way from home. More
