Had video proof of back up camera problem but tech supposedly couldn’t replicate the issue. However, he did not check fuses, wiring harnesses etc. Scheduler argued with me day of pick up. Went for a regular oil change and that was fine, they pulled the air cabin filter out to show me it was time to change it.
