I had to make two trips to retrieve my truck because it didn't appear that the alternator had been repaired. I showed Buzz and he agreed, but later the tech indicated that the alternator would not kick in didn't appear that the alternator had been repaired. I have owned the truck since 2013 and never realize that to be the case. Buzz did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of the repair (he had to deal with Carshield). More

Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating.
