We had great experiences in every encounter! ! Adrian was wonderful and helpful every step of the way! We drove 2 hours to buy our traverse and we were only there 1.5 hours. Everyone was so helpf ! Please explain why you schedule oil changes when you obviously do not have the personnel to handle these? Having an appointment made by your staff for 10:15 only to still be sitting there an hour later obviously do not have the personnel to handle these? Having an appointment made by your staff for 10:15 only to still be sitting there an hour later still waiting is ridiculous. Not even told anything that my truck hadn’t even been done. Just hearing excuse after excuse. Asked to speak to service manager and he was a down right dick with a smart xxx mouth. He asked ME what did I expect him to do about? I said absolutely nothing! And walked out! I went down the street to Royal Tire and they gladly did my oil change for me! This place is a joke! Keep it up and you won’t have a business before too long. More
