I had to make two trips to retrieve my truck because it didn't appear that the alternator had been repaired. I showed Buzz and he agreed, but later the tech indicated that the alternator would not kick in didn't appear that the alternator had been repaired. I showed Buzz and he agreed, but later the tech indicated that the alternator would not kick in until the glow plugs were completely heated. I have owned the truck since 2013 and never realize that to be the case. Buzz did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of the repair (he had to deal with Carshield). More
