Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Too long. Then the bill was $40 higher than I have been paying for the same services. Never had to wait so long, either. The bill listed my deceased father as owner of my vehicle. My Enclave has never been in my Dad's name. When I brought this up to the service manager he just blew me off saying that was what the vin was listed as. WRONG. the vehicle has only been in my name as second owner. First owner was a pastor in Longview. More
