Sales price was fair. Trade value was a little weak. The transaction was about an hour so I considered that to be fast. Fortunately they were up front about it before I even got to the dealership and they were not too expensive. But that is one of the reasons for a 3 star rating. More

The 2 stars come from the salesman Rick he was really sweet and purchase was very quick and smooth but it wasn’t even 2 weeks from buying the car I started to hear a noise I called multiple times to get sweet and purchase was very quick and smooth but it wasn’t even 2 weeks from buying the car I started to hear a noise I called multiple times to get the run around besides taking to a local dealership in Shreveport. It disappoints me that a place you want me to recommend to not even have an inch of respect to see what the issue is with the car that wasn’t even 30 days old to possibly have to spend money (diagnostic and deductible) to fix it is beyond me. I appreciate Rick but I’m sure I won’t be recommending my Louisiana or Texas friends and relatives if this is the treatment you get. More
