Had video proof of back up camera problem but tech supposedly couldn’t replicate the issue. However, he did not check fuses, wiring harnesses etc. Scheduler argued with me day of pick up. Very impressed with the ease and speed of service. I made an appointment last week to drop my truck off for a radio update, oil change and fuel filter change.
