I saw a car online that I was interested so I called and spoke with Marc, a salesman, and he was very thorough in his description. I went to the dealership expecting to look at a Cadillac XT5. I was so disappointed to discover there was no inventory of Cadillacs. The salesman, Mark Ganek, turned this negative into a positive.
