I gotta admit I’m a complicated costumer and find the right costumer service representative willing to deal with me is really hard sometimes. This dealership and people that works there has the higher le right costumer service representative willing to deal with me is really hard sometimes. This dealership and people that works there has the higher level of costumer care I’ve ever seen. I went overthere because my wife wanted to see a car they had. Sergio Fabian was really nice to us. He was really knowledgeable about every question we had. He was above and beyond about our expectations. We left that place with the feeling of satisfaction, and really happy with the way they took care of us. This place and their personal are highly recommended. Thanks to Bill Currie Ford and Sergio Fabian for the best experience we ever had buying a car. More

I’m very disappointed in my car and my service. My husband and I have purchased seven brand new vehicles through Bill Currie Ford Service over the past 25 years. My current vehicle is a 2018 Ford e husband and I have purchased seven brand new vehicles through Bill Currie Ford Service over the past 25 years. My current vehicle is a 2018 Ford edge. It has less than 20,000 miles on it. I took my car in for service December 2020. The reasons were my auto stop didn’t work, the tire pressure light wouldn’t go off after the tires were corrected (i’ve taken it to Ford a couple of times to have that fixed and was told that I would need to come in so they could use their remote to reset it) and condensation in the rear tail lights. My service advisor at the time was name Rick. He supposedly sense to Ford to make sure these things would be covered under my existing warranty. He never called me back. I contacted Ford again January 2021 and was told that Rick is no longer there. However, nobody ever told me that or tried to reach out to me with a new service rep. I finally was assigned a new service rep name Nicole and brought my car in January 12, 2021. The auto stop was corrected by replacing the battery in the car. The tire pressure was fixed (hopefully, I’ll find out when the pressure changes again). But the condensation was never repaired. I was told by Nicole that Ford refuses to repair it because there are cracks. Of course it has cracks. Because you have to slam it to get it to shut. She told me that it would cost over $1500 to replace that. I don’t believe that I should pay to have that fixed because it is a defect in the product. It should be covered under warranty. I looked this problem up online and have found that there have been many many complaints about the same thing. Very disappointing that a car that is less than three years old, has less than 20,000 miles on it and is still under warranty is having these problems. Again, my husband and I are repeat customers of Ford (you can check your records ) ,at least have been. I don’t believe that we will be in the future unless this is taken care of. More
