Sergio was awesome - he had come highly recommended by a a coworker. I saw the car and test drove it on Wednesday and i was able to make a deal and get 95% of the paperwork done in less than 2 hours. Had my car serviced at Bill Currie. Very disappointed that there was no attempt to keep reception area and waiting room Covid Friendly. Masks were not required or even suggested for customers. Waiting room was not clean. I asked an employee for a sanitizing wipe, and wiped down the table and chair I was going to use, and it came back very dirty. They offer great service and everyone was very helpful and friendly, but definitely not a customer friendly atmosphere. More

Bill Currie is great when trying to sell you a car, but once the transaction is complete you might as well be dead to them. After an arduous process of finishing paperwork, watching the list price go fr once the transaction is complete you might as well be dead to them. After an arduous process of finishing paperwork, watching the list price go from 43,000 to 50,000 due to dealer costs, dealership cleaning costs, taxes and “fees”, you then are forced to sit with someone trying to sell you aftermarket gear which you have not asked for, but you must sit through this. Once this is complete (provided you didn’t pay cash) they send you off to the finance department where you wait for a finance guy to sell you overpriced dent/ding and other extended warranties which are highly overpriced. In my case I had informed the team at Bill Currie that I planned on sending my vehicle to Europe and wanted to make sure that the warranties would apply in Europe. I was promised they would but low and behold, they are not valid in Europe. As a result I have been trying to cancel these warranties for the past two weeks and all of a sudden it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at Bill Currie. Anyone know how to cancel warranties without direct contact with the dealership? More
