We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in not being able to purchase the vehicle you had hoped to. Unfortunately we cannot hold vehicles without a down payment. You clearly needed some additional time to consider as you stated in your review, and therefore we did not push or pressure you. We did offer you the option of taking the vehicle off the lot before signing the paperwork with a $500 deposit and then return with it after work to finish the sale which you declined. The deposit is a normal policy and we feel a reasonable request. Again, it is unfortunate that you are disappointed and for that we are sorry.
