Disappointing.. We found a "pre-owned" 2015 Explorer for a great price on their website that we loved. We texted and called and emailed our desire to buy this vehic We found a "pre-owned" 2015 Explorer for a great price on their website that we loved. We texted and called and emailed our desire to buy this vehicle. Great SUV, great price. However, the dealership was not very interested in selling the truck. Instead of making the vehicle available, it was being "lent out" to a friend with a promise that it was just for a couple of days. Then promised it would be back. They KNEW we wanted to buy. We had the financing already approved. Our salesman was powerless and we sense as frustrated as we were that we were led to believe that the vehicle was for sale for a whole week, and the day we are promised it would be back on the lot on Saturday at 9 AM; we were called to say that it would be back and available but it was unknown what time it would be back. All our sales person could do was to promise us a phone call when he received word that the truck was on its way back. It is now 6:30 at night and no phone call. Evidently this appeared to be just a vehicle to lure the customer in. We realized that this vehicle was either not going to be available or sold to us. So we drove to north Tampa and bought a brand new 2016 with a dealership that worked very hard to earn our business. More

Buyer Beware Have bought many cars over my life and coming from the New York area, thought I have seen it all. Would like to thank The Bill Currie dealership for giving me a live example of "Snake Oil Salesmen". Agreed on price at closing time over the phone, drove 2.5 hours the next morning to find out the agreed upon price went up over night. Explanation was they made their quota and they raised all prices over night. I do not do business with people who do not have honor and values, I work to hard for my money. Hopefully,for the managers I dealt with, your kids and family members will be treated better in this world, than you treat potential customers. More

My boyfriend, David, and I walked into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Barbara, our saleswoman. We test drove, and ultimately purchased, a 2016 Escape! I am so pleased with how the financial portion of our visit went, very smooth and quick! Johna, who had us sign our paperwork for the vehicle, was fabulous with her great personality and great understanding of our situation. Rachel showed me all the electronic features inside the car and how to use it and even offered to set up my phone's bluetooth with the car! Finally, I have to thank Bob, one of the finance guys, for making me think about this dealership, for without him, I would not have visited this great place and gotten the amazing Escape I have.
