Poor Service I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Barbara greeted and seemed kind enough. By far the worst experience with a dealership I have ever ha My experience with Bill a Currie Ford was horrendous from the start. The salesman knew zero about the vehicle I was looking to purchase, heck he could My experience with Bill a Currie Ford was horrendous from the start. The salesman knew zero about the vehicle I was looking to purchase, heck he couldn't even remember my name throughout the process. The dealership seemed so disorganized, waiting forever to even get a salesman to talk to us even after asking the receptionist for a new car salesperson. The entire time we were buying the truck all the salesman would talk about was giving him positive reviews. I would say he said it atleast 12 times during the transaction. Once I got the Ford review I answered it honestly and then received a call from the salesman admonishing my review and arguing with me. I never heard from management or ford. As a business owner that weds customers to keep the doors open I would think they would want to hear an honest review and see how they can change the negatives the customer experienced. This dealership is all about volume and has lost any sense of customer service or relationship selling. I will never buy a car from Bill Currie Ford again and I would suggest you don't either. More

My Wife and I were shopping for a new car on August 4th and our first stop was Elder Ford.After about 15 minutes of wandering around the lot with no o My Wife and I were shopping for a new car on August 4th and our first stop was Elder Ford.After about 15 minutes of wandering around the lot with no one coming out in the heat to assist us we got back in out car and headed over to Bill Currie Ford. A young man Rafael Figueredo came out and greeted us quickly and about 3 hours later we were driving home in out brand new 2016 Mustang.The people at Bill Currie were very pleasant while we waited for all the processing, Not to mention the great deal we got.
