Answered all questions, she has been the best sales person we have ever dealt with. She is a very pleasant person to deal with never once did she try to push us to do something we didn't want. I will recommend her to anyone that is looking for a car, Finance department was also great to deal with gave us our options and not once try to pressure us into buying extra if we didn't want it. Will return if ever need another car and will go straight to Barbara. More

Worst service department I have ever seen I have a new explorer with 11000 miles. Coming home from vacation Saturday (6-24-17) the vehicle began over heating. We limped home and today (Monda I have a new explorer with 11000 miles. Coming home from vacation Saturday (6-24-17) the vehicle began over heating. We limped home and today (Monday) I took the vehicle to the service department to be looked at and fixed. The lady there was rude and totally uncaring. She told me they could not even look at it until next week. I asked her what I am suppose to do just let it set for a week and she shrugged and said "I guess so". Are you kidding me? I called Veteran Ford and spoke with them. They were very polite and the lady there told me that they were very busy but if I brought it in about 2 PM they would look at it and see what they could do. That's all I expect. I don't expect special treatment just fair and polite treatment. I understand that not even Veteran Ford will probably fix my vehicle today but just looking at it and then make a plan is what is needed. You can't tell me that Bill Curie is any more busy than Veteran Ford. I do know they care about their customers and that shows where Bill Curie could care less. I am preparing to trade my other vehicle in on a ford truck and you can be assured there is no way I would go the Bill Curie and I will post and tell everyone I can how bad Bill Curie is. More
Shady business practices Purchased a used truck from them and there was no mention of it being wrecked. They were sure to promote their carfax guarantee so I assumed ( bad move on me) that the truck was clean. Was offered a good deal on trading it in and then the dealer called and said truck had been wrecked and the numbers changed. I lost about $3k in value of vehicle. Called Bill Currie and their response was " they guy who sold it doesn't work here anymore and come on down and we will sell you a new Ford and won't screw you this time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Do your homework and go somewhere else. More

Maybe for some people, customer services in there may not be that good, but for me was great. The seller, Ricky, did a great job helping me and my husband to get a good deal, even though I was not expecting that much, but Ricky and the sales manager(Gregg) both took the time to explain me with details everything I need to know. Rick went above and beyond since the very beginning when I got there. I'm highly grateful. Thank you guys. I'm a Bill Currie Ford customer forever. More
