Great customer service Purchased my car in 4/2017 was taken care of by Raul Rosado (salesman) and previous manager. A part from the inside of the car was broken and needed replacement. Per those two employees, they were suppose to follow up with me and never did after 3 months of emailing Mr. Rosado and calling without no response I went personally to the dealer and met Edwin Torres who went above and beyond to help me and make sure a had a loaner car and fixed all the issues with the car. The new manager was also accommodating. Staff like that makes a difference. The reason why I bought my car at your dealer was because my son in law bought GT mustang last year and had great customer service. The two sales people that helped me back in April had no customer service and I felt because I am 68 years old that they could avoid my emails and calls, I'm happy they are not a part of your organization. More
Awful So just purchased a car...2017 ford escape...only had abt 8k miles on it which was ok. I thought the experience was ok...until i the engine light came on. Havent even had the car a month. I had to take the car in anyways to get it detailed because we finished the deal late and didnt have time to do it. So this last Friday, i was to meet the salesman before work so they could work on it. Well because the salesperson was running late, was directed to service. After that horrible experience the salesperson called so needed to drive the car back to the sales side...there were a lot of people there. As im walking out i slip hard, onw leg shot out in front of me, the other behind me, and thats was that. No one has once said im sorry, showed empathy or nothing. Thought i was ok, just sore but as the day progressed got worse and started limping. They bring the car back to me at work and i told the salesperson but didnt seem too much of a concern, just like when i told them that am. But at least the car was fixed right? No! After, going through that, calling to find out who i make a report too and being xferred all around, crying on the phone, knee swelling having to go to the er, and finding out they ran my credit 2x that i know of when i walked in with an approval and specifically said dont run my credit......THE ENGINE LIGHT IS RIGHT BACK ON. ON A 2017 FORD ESCAPE SE THST I JUST GOT. 2 SAY IM LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. All ive seen is disrespect now that the sale has been made. More

Jeremy Bauer was likely the best service rep i've ever dealt with in my vehicle ownership tenure. Not only did he source the correct parts, he held them for 5 months, until summertime, when I wouldn't need the vehicle for an extended time. When I was ready, he was ready. I'm beyond impressed with all aspects of Bill Currie Ford. More

My experiance with them, they showed that they work hard for the customer not just for the man. Especially with what I brought to the table for them to work with. And no intent of being a stickler on my part. Expecting to leave with only informative information or a used car at best, they worked their magic and I drove away with my expectations blown away. It was an experiance that will most definitely make me continue to use Bill Curries cotinued service's. If your even remotely close to looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend speaking with these gentlemen first. They're honest and up front. And to mention, I walked in with 3 children in tow. And they treated my children as though they were uncles to them by excepting them ad the kids they are. Making the experiance that much more stress free. More
