The entire experience was stress free, which is unusual when buying a car. We even had a trade, which never seems to go well. They made me a fair offer right of the bat, $1000 more than the two previous dealers. They gave me what my car was worth. We even changed our mind at the last minute (or maybe past that) but the staff was great in making sure we were happy and left with the car we wanted. The finance guys never pushed us to buy extras we didn't want. This was our first time shopping at Bill Collins Ford but we will definitely return for future purchases. More

Shuttle Service Is Worthless I waited for two hours after scheduling a shuttle driver to drop me off at home while the service technician repaired a defective sensor, I found the I waited for two hours after scheduling a shuttle driver to drop me off at home while the service technician repaired a defective sensor, I found the shuttle driver was in Mt Washington and it would be at least 30 minutes before he returned to the dealership. I had to rent a car to return home!!!! They have a serious problem with managing the shuttle service as nobody communicates or is held accountable table for terrible customer care! More

Awful Experience, Terrible customer service I took my car to Bill Collins Nissan hoping to my car fixed. I needed it back in a few days and stressed the importance of getting it back on time (sa I took my car to Bill Collins Nissan hoping to my car fixed. I needed it back in a few days and stressed the importance of getting it back on time (said I'd reschedule if needed, even said if you can only diagnose the problems but not fix anything thats ok as long as I get it back on time). I was told I could pick my car up that Sunday from a salesman but they weren't even open that entire day. Not only did I not get my car back on time but I took it in to fix one window that didn't move at all and another that moved but went at a slow pace. I was charged over $500 to "fix" each window but when I got it back I found that the window that didn't work at all had been fixed completely but the window that moved slowly had no change in speed or performance. The managed insisted that "it's as fast as it will go but at least it's a new part". If I would've known there would be zero change in performance I would not of wasted over $500 just to say I have a new part. The manager was VERY rude and acted as if I was a disservice to him! He never apologized or even said "Is there anything I can do to help or fix this situation?" I will never return to this sad excuse of a service center and wouldn't allow my friends and family to go either. More

Service not up to par I brought my 2009 Ford Mustang into Bill Collins for an issue with the rear end, which i said was probably something wring with the differential. Whe I brought my 2009 Ford Mustang into Bill Collins for an issue with the rear end, which i said was probably something wring with the differential. When they diagnosed my issue, they said it was my front end links causing the concern. I told them they were wring and had not found the problem, as it was related to going off and back on throttle. They assured me it was the problem and also recommended several other unnecessary services. I let them fix the end links and the problem was not corrected. They then said they needed to rebuild my differential to fix the issue. I declined and took it elsewhere, and still had to pay full price for the end links and other small items, including $180 to "diagnose" my problem as the rear differential. More

I was able to apply for a loan online and make an appointment for a test drive. All I had to do was test drive the 2015 Mustang and sign the papers and I was out the door in about an hour! Best car buying experience ever! Catie and Cora helped me navigate through the process. I'm grateful to them for their assistance! I would absolutely endorse this way of buying a car!! More
