Not very happy We bought a used 2011 fusion from the used car lot at Collins with 51,000 miles, car was out of 6yr 60,000 mile factory warranty due to date. At 53,00 We bought a used 2011 fusion from the used car lot at Collins with 51,000 miles, car was out of 6yr 60,000 mile factory warranty due to date. At 53,000 miles engine started knocking due to broken wrist pin. I had service department inspect car to find out for sure what was causing the knocking.was also told previous owner maintained the car very well and it was just parts failure. I was told to call Ford quality care and maybe they would help out or cover the repairs. While waiting on response from Ford the dealership installed a remanufactured engine without me signing anything or giving permission. The service department did discount the repair $1,500.00. The engine was installed 2 weeks before I heard the results from Ford. Once my wife brought up to them I never gave permission to do the repair the service manager told her they could charge us 30 to 40 dollars a day storage until the car was picked up. Instead of letting my attorney take care of this and it being drug out for a yr I picked the car up and paid for the repairs because my daughter had been without a car long enough. Needless to say I'm not happy with this dealership at all. I would not recommend them to anyone! More
Purchased a new explorer I worked with Catie and she did an excellent job. I called her up as I was ready to turn in a 2016 explorer on an expired lease. Catie walked me through the process and all my options. When everything was said and done, I ended up turning in my 2016 leased explorer and purchasing a new one. Catie was amazing, she went above and beyond with excellent customer service. She never pressured me, she answered all my questions, thoroughly explained all my options. I would recommend Catie to anyone looking for a Ford. I have probably bought or leased 20 cars in my lifetime and I have never worked with someone as professional as Catie. More
Great buying experience with Phil Phil Zavagli was a great salesman to deal with. I never felt I was being pushed or pressured to buy, felt I could leave anytime. The entire experience was stress free, which is unusual when buying a car. We even had a trade, which never seems to go well. They made me a fair offer right of the bat, $1000 more than the two previous dealers. They gave me what my car was worth. We even changed our mind at the last minute (or maybe past that) but the staff was great in making sure we were happy and left with the car we wanted. The finance guys never pushed us to buy extras we didn't want. This was our first time shopping at Bill Collins Ford but we will definitely return for future purchases. More

Shuttle Service Is Worthless I waited for two hours after scheduling a shuttle driver to drop me off at home while the service technician repaired a defective sensor, I found the I waited for two hours after scheduling a shuttle driver to drop me off at home while the service technician repaired a defective sensor, I found the shuttle driver was in Mt Washington and it would be at least 30 minutes before he returned to the dealership. I had to rent a car to return home!!!! They have a serious problem with managing the shuttle service as nobody communicates or is held accountable table for terrible customer care! More

Awful Experience, Terrible customer service I took my car to Bill Collins Nissan hoping to my car fixed. I needed it back in a few days and stressed the importance of getting it back on time (sa I took my car to Bill Collins Nissan hoping to my car fixed. I needed it back in a few days and stressed the importance of getting it back on time (said I'd reschedule if needed, even said if you can only diagnose the problems but not fix anything thats ok as long as I get it back on time). I was told I could pick my car up that Sunday from a salesman but they weren't even open that entire day. Not only did I not get my car back on time but I took it in to fix one window that didn't move at all and another that moved but went at a slow pace. I was charged over $500 to "fix" each window but when I got it back I found that the window that didn't work at all had been fixed completely but the window that moved slowly had no change in speed or performance. The managed insisted that "it's as fast as it will go but at least it's a new part". If I would've known there would be zero change in performance I would not of wasted over $500 just to say I have a new part. The manager was VERY rude and acted as if I was a disservice to him! He never apologized or even said "Is there anything I can do to help or fix this situation?" I will never return to this sad excuse of a service center and wouldn't allow my friends and family to go either. More
