With pandemic, staying at home, it was a long time to reach 5,000 miles for this check-in; Tony Perry was outstanding in setting time and what was needed. We have always received excellent service at Bill Collins. Tone Wesley is a top notch salesman and Randy Blevins is a top notch Finance Manager. However, My husband and I absolutely DO NOT agree with Collins. Tone Wesley is a top notch salesman and Randy Blevins is a top notch Finance Manager. However, My husband and I absolutely DO NOT agree with this new “Pulse” thing that is being added to your new car for $399 whether you want it or not! It is nothing but a scam by Shane Collins to make more money for Bill Collins. The customer should have a choice and not be “forced” to pay $399 for something they do not want!! Especially when it only benefits the customer if you are rear ended and your car/truck/suv is totaled!! That is total BS!! Either give the customer a choice or make a change to how it benefits the customer!! If the customer is rear ended and the car is not totaled, the customer should still receive the $3000. Or as I said before, let the customer decide if they want this device or not!!! More

Absolutely horrific service experience. Came in for an oil change, brand new Fusion Titanium, scratches the car. Second experience, made a service appointment on the app, show up, get told that it’s too l oil change, brand new Fusion Titanium, scratches the car. Second experience, made a service appointment on the app, show up, get told that it’s too late to show up for an appointment, and no one else wants to stay late to do it. If it’s too late to show up, then don’t let me schedule an appointment on the app for that time. Lastly, bring the car in for a recall fix, the car is currently, still there, after 12 days at the dealer, not a single update. Refuses to give a loaner/rental vehicle in the meantime for an issue that FORD could not get right the first time, and now can’t get it right again apparently. More
