Took my vehicle in on Monday afternoon for a noise in the dash. Was told that it would take a couple days by the service writer Tony. When I checked back on Friday, I was told that they have not looked at t dash. Was told that it would take a couple days by the service writer Tony. When I checked back on Friday, I was told that they have not looked at the vehicle. The service manager told me it would be two or three weeks before they could get to the vehicle. Why would the service department mislead a customer? This is not my only vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Very disappointed. Larry More

I have been getting my oil changed at Bill Collins for about 10 years. For several years I went to the quick lane and would usually be there maybe an hour. Last few times it has turned into 3-4 hours. Not about 10 years. For several years I went to the quick lane and would usually be there maybe an hour. Last few times it has turned into 3-4 hours. Nothing good. Jason reached out after last time and said if I had a problem come to regular service. I Did that and I was told they all go to lunch at noon. If I came back at 1:00 they could get me right in. I did that and was there 3 hours for an oil change. Horrible and I won’t be back Peggy Lay More
