Service Advisor Joe was very professional and helpful. Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for a check engine light. Had that repaired under an extended warranty plan, along with a recall repair and several 60K Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for a check engine light. The work seems to have been done correctly and car was clean when I picked it up. My only issue is the 4% fee for paying with a credit card. Any credit card fee is unreasonable, much less 4%, which I assure you is much more than the dealership is paying. More

I was without my trück for 6 days I was told that they put a mester cylinder on it all they had to do was to bled it twice and it would be reád on friday I went in there on friday after noon I was told it put a mester cylinder on it all they had to do was to bled it twice and it would be reád on friday I went in there on friday after noon I was told it want reád that the tech did t know what to do. Come to finn out they didn't put a mester cylnder on it. That it met all of Fórds spec. My brakes are Stiller soft they werent that way where I got the trükk new I have less Than 6 thousand Miles on it. Thanks Tony Richardson More
