Had my 2020 tremor truck for 6 months with a transmission issue, poor communication and this vehicle was under warranty. No help from ford nor Bill Collins. Had to make 6 months worth of payments with no veh issue, poor communication and this vehicle was under warranty. No help from ford nor Bill Collins. Had to make 6 months worth of payments with no vehicle. Was forced to buy another vehicle which I bought from Bylery Ford with zero hassle due to I use this vehicle for work. Just think if I was not in a position to buy another vehicle and myself and family depended on this we would of literally been destroyed as a family not being able to drive back and fourth to and from work. Bill Collins could have cared less as did Ford Motor themselves. once again my family and I have bought at least 20+ vehicles from Bill Collins over the years and they have lost not only my business but anyone I can talk to about doing future business with them. The lack of communication, caring about a customer and empathy is rather disgusting and I will write as many reviews to let everyone know my story every chance I get. 6 months and not caring is a little much in my book for multi million dollar companies to not act on! A very unsatisfactory performance out of a dealership to say the least. More
A salesman contacted me, I asked s few questions about the vehicle I was looking at, he promised to get back with me. He never did. 5 days later, a different salesman called me asking if anyone had contac the vehicle I was looking at, he promised to get back with me. I explained that the first salesman lied to me, the second salesman apologized and assured me that she would find the answers that I wanted and would IMMEDIATELY get back in touch. I made an appointment to go see a car the next day between 3:00 and 4:00. I text the guy the guy the next day at 3:45 to let him know I was on my way. He text back "ok cool". I get there and he tells me that the car was sold ONE AND A HALF HOURS AGO!!! He could have told me through text that the car was sold but that I could still come and look around. That was a 45 min drive for me and I didn't appreciate the fact they He let me drive all the way out there knowing the car I was coming to loom at had been sold. I will not ever look at a car from them again!!! More
Went in for an Oil Change but they suggested an ENGINE FLUSH, oil filter and cabin filter. I just had a NEW MOTOR installed less than 6 months ago by this SAME DEALERSHIP under the Power Train warranty. FLUSH, oil filter and cabin filter. On the Sales person side, both Missy and Gage were totally professional, friendly and helpful in making the purchase decision. They were very easy to deal with. This dealership is top notch in every aspect, from my salesman CT, to managers Andy Hall and Evan Patrick, to Joe Collins in finance. Every one of them go the extra mile to give the customer the best experience possible. As for the service dept, Daniel is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and Jason Roni is that manager that actually cares about his customers. I've been buying cars from Bill Collins for 25 years and the team they have in place now is the best by far. Ownership has done a great job of hiring and placing people in the best positions for a successful customer experience. More
