The sales man was very helpful in helping me with the prices and all. I told him exactly why i was there and from there it was great. They didnt have the color car i was looking for and he had one shipped from another state. When that one arrived it came with hail damage. He assured me that he could have another 2 days later so come monday he had a new one, exactly the color and with all the gadgets. , More

Instead- attentiveness, endless patience, in-depth knowledge of the product and the purchase process and total professionalism, all delivered in the most relaxed, pressure free atmosphere imaginable, and handled quickly and efficiently. Great car buying experience!! Just bought our new vehicle from Tom Bitner at this dealership. I previously did so much research online on different vehicles and knew what I wanted Just bought our new vehicle from Tom Bitner at this dealership. I previously did so much research online on different vehicles and knew what I wanted. Tom was very prompt at answering the numerous emails I sent him which ended up with us driving over 350 miles to buy this vehicle from him. He was able to answer all of our questions and set us up with the exact vehicle we were looking for. All of this was done in a professional manner and with virtually no sales pressure. Jose was also very professional dealing with the final paperwork and did not try to pressure us into buying extra things that I knew I did not need. All said and done, we drove off in our new vehicle, pretty close to the price I was expecting to pay, about 3 1/2 hours after we arrived at the dealership.
