Biggers Has Set Pricing - Won't Negotiate After a lot of research I found a used car I wanted to buy and it was located at Biggers. There were a few problems with the car (worth abut $1000) and it had been in an accident per the CarFax, so I asked the salesman to give me a better price then that quoted on the internet. I had comparables in hand and was ready to negotiate. The manager came by and said point blank, we won't negotiate. The internet price is the final price. I walked out. What a dummy! Who would pass up a cash sale without even attempting some negotiation? Fools. More

You knew I was very angry and disappointed and was set on never returning again as a Biggers Chevrolet customer. Having started looking into leasing a new car, I believe in giving second chances. I am very pleased that I came back to let everyone help me resolve all of my concerns in the service department. The GM, Bob Colwell went above and beyond to explain all of the factors that went into my repair and cost of my car. I now know and understand their policy and realize that they truly were looking out for my best interest. Much to my surprise, I was amazed to see what seemed like a staff meeting happening when I arrived. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Sales Managers - Dave Arenson and Jason Seger, Shop Foreman - Fred Kavanagh, Customer Care Rep - Gerry Clarke, and my Sales Associate- Tom Hess. As a testimony to the integrity of Biggers Chevrolet, the owner, Jim Leichter even stopped in to talk with me. Like I said in my last survey, Chevy prides itself on customer service and integrity, you certainly proved to me all of those things and more. Special thanks to Dave Arenson and Tom Hess for working with me so diligently and accomplishing a new 2015 Mailibu lease that I am very happy with. I look forward to continuing a long relationship and will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family. To show my gratitude, as I promised the staff, homemade cookies are on the way! Poor Customer Service There are not enough words to describe the lack of customer service with this dealership. I live within a 1/2 mile of this dealership. Once on trying to buy a corvette and twice when I needed service on my existing corvette that I bought elsewhere. It's bad when you can't even get someone to call you back to change an appointment for a simple oil change or you get sent elsewhere to get a run flat tire fixed that GM put on the car in the first place. More

We purchased a 2014 suburban today and couldn't be happier with Coke the salesman. We actually dealt with him in 2011 when we bought a Camaro from him. I have had 2 VERY positive experiences at Bigger happier with Coke the salesman. We actually dealt with him in 2011 when we bought a Camaro from him. I have had 2 VERY positive experiences at Biggers and will always be a repeat customer. And I have to add the finance department is top notch, it's nice to not being pressured into buying all the extras if you don't want to but he will take the time if you have questions. Great guy!! I would give biggera more than 5 stars if I could. More
