This is the second car we have bought from Biggers Chevy in the last year and it all come down to the people. The product certainly doesn't hurt either. In total I have purchased three new and three used cars from Biggers since 2003. As my "fleet" grew older I recently purchased a used 2009 Traverse and just bought a new 2011 Impala. Salesman Steve Hoppe handled both transactions and I found him to be extremely knowledgable and courteous. He was able to address all my concerns in a very professional manner and took the time to fully explain all of the features of the cars. The new Impala was financed through Biggers and Finance Manager Steve Reiter was also very courteous, helping me get a great rate. He was able to explain all of the confusing paperwork in an easy to understand manner and it was a very "painless" experience. I woild highly recommend Biggers to anyone who is car shopping as my experiences at Biggers with the sales people and service department personnel have been outstanding. It is a well run operation from top to bottom. More
