Diego is a true professional. Knows the product and orients the consumer to the product. Five stars !! I'm retired GM. Started calling on stores in 1988. (was a service director Knows the product and orients the consumer to the product. Five stars !! I'm retired GM. Started calling on stores in 1988. (was a service director for a large competitor for 8 years prior to GM) Needless to say I've experienced awesome and, well, not so awesome dealerships. Started calling on Biggers in 1990. The facility has changed but the focus on the customer hasn't. This is my fourth vehicle from your store. Never a bad experience. More
Major (the salesperson) was amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I’m not sure why, but while purchasing a used truck from Biggers, I was told it only had one Personable, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I’m not sure why, but while purchasing a used truck from Biggers, I was told it only had one key. I was not thrilled, but I really liked the truck. I bought it anyway. The day after the purchase, I was told (from a friend) that the dealership (any dealership) that sold a vehicle should offer two keys, no matter what they have to do to make that happen. So I called the dealership the day after the sale and was basically told, that it is what it is. For the price of a single key, you would think that you would want to keep the customer happy. I guess that’s not the case with Biggers Chevrolet. I realize the truck was not a Chevy product, but I assumed that was standard practice. They made literally no attempt to help us out in this matter. This does not seem like a good business practice to me. Other dealerships have told me they often coordinate with their competitors (with keys) to make their customers feel good about the sale. That did not happen in this case. No effort was made to assist us in solving our problem. I hope this situation does not happen to others. More
I went in with issues with shifting and some shuttering. Explained that I had a check engine light come on. I reviewed the code which was for a loss of communication of the TCM. I also had a rattling sound Explained that I had a check engine light come on. I reviewed the code which was for a loss of communication of the TCM. I also had a rattling sound coming from my muffler/exhaust. I explained this to the gentleman helping me in service. After three days of not getting an update I called the service department. I was told that no issues were found with my TCM. I was also told that the rattling was being caused by air bubbles in my oil or an oil filter issue. I advised that it was highly unlikely and that I was certain the rattling was coming from my exhaust. I was told that I was not correct about my xxx assessment and that the oil was the issue. An oil change was performed, and I was told that the issue was fixed with the rattling. After leaving the shop, my truck exhaust was still rattling. Not happy. I’ve been loyal to this location and to Chevy in general. All of my family’s vehicles are Chevy and have been since I was born. Just annoyed really More
