Jim Burgess was great to work with. He's probably the most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever met. He was very patient and spent a lot of time with us - allowing us to take a Traverse for a test drive most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever met. The best part was that after we bought it, he took the time to go through how all the features worked. Cars are so technical these days it would have taken me forever to figure it all out if I just had to read the manual! Coke went above and beyond any other car salesperson I have ever had before; he made buying a car a fun experience! He was sure that I was happy with the car, price, and answered any questions that I had have ever had before; he made buying a car a fun experience! He also spend time helping me get comfortable with the functions of new car(radio, vehicle information system, OnStar, etc.)I didnt feel pressured at any time from Coke which was great instead he focused on tmy needs and wants for a vehicle. At the time of financing I was glad that it didnt take a long time. At that point, noone wants to spend another hour signing papers after they have spent hours test driving and deciding on what car to purchase. Jerry was very knowledgable and quick to answer any questions I had. Two of my family members have purchased vehiles from Coke within the last 6 months and referred me to him. I was/am very glad that I was able to work with him specifically when I decided to purchase a vehicle. He is a great asset to your dealership because of his personality and friendliness as well as product knowledge and willingness to find the customer just the right vehicle for their needs. More

Overall the exerience of buying a car at Biggers Chevy was pleasant. However, the time it took to actually purchase the vehicle was a little overwhelming. My husband and I left the house agreeing we would not buy only look. Jake was the salesman that took care of us that day. Definitely didn't think we could afford something like that. We sat down, they gave us a price that was within our budget. How could we refuse. We got an awesome 2012 Equinoxes with a price to match. Mark was beyond helpful. We were literally just looking around at some possibilities in used cars. We were met by a salesman and he introduced himself as Rodrigo (Mendoza). He was very nice and personable. When we had questions, he did his best to get the answer - quickly. He made us feel comfortable and we never felt pressured. Somebody might say that the car sold itself, but I wouldn't be too sure. We didn't need a car at that time. We went home to think about it some more. We probably came back to this car and this dealership because of Rodrigo.
