He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my XM radio and Jim worked tirelessly to get it working. He kept in contact with me everyday while I was out of town in order to get me a car upon my return. I would for sure recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a car. As for the other staff of Biggers, they were all so sweet, inviting, and knowledgeable. Biggers is a great place to purchase a car. More
