Worst service ever I went in to get my ignition fix and now my car won't start and it can go into gear without your foot on the brake and without a key in the ignition I I went in to get my ignition fix and now my car won't start and it can go into gear without your foot on the brake and without a key in the ignition I had to get it towed from biggers in Elgin on east Chicago st and wouldn't no one help me but one nice older guy that work there they wanted me to pay them to look at my car when they are the ones who broke it in the first place in never going back there. My car work perfectly fine until I brought it in there. Now I don't have a car at all because of them More

Went there 20 years ago and received bad service, saw a car for sale I was interested in, thought it's been awhile since I was there, I'll give them a second chance. Big mistake! They haven't changed at all. They could care less about their customers. I had an appointment with a salesperson, I had texted her that I was going to be 15 minutes late, due to traffic, when I got there, (12 minutes late), she was gone and the car I was interested in had sold 2 hours before I got there! Or so they said, an honest dealer would have called me and told me it sold, but offer to show me other cars. I don't believe the car was ever there. BTW... 24 hours later the car is still showing for sale at theirs dealership. Avoid this dealer, very dishonest! More

Biggers Has Set Pricing - Won't Negotiate After a lot of research I found a used car I wanted to buy and it was located at Biggers. There were a few problems with the car (worth abut $1000) and it had been in an accident per the CarFax, so I asked the salesman to give me a better price then that quoted on the internet. I had comparables in hand and was ready to negotiate. The manager came by and said point blank, we won't negotiate. The internet price is the final price. I walked out. What a dummy! Who would pass up a cash sale without even attempting some negotiation? Fools. More
