If I had not continued calling for updates 1-2 times a week, do not know when car service would have been completed. Juan should/could have been authorized to give a courtesy maintenance service that was done on the car. More

This time, experience with the dealership was little bit better than it was last time. We had purchased a car a year ago. Ya'll have different fees to add to the ticket price last year. This time it Standard ticket price which is better. We had bought a vehicle in 2022 & 2023. Also if you can do better in the Awaiting time. The other issue was that Hyundai finance took about a month to create an account for me. That meant I had to go back to the dealership to make my first car note. Other than that I could say the experience was a little bit above average. More
