First, when I called the service department with some questions about the types of oil you use, the man on the line gave me very specific information. Their website showed two different types of synthetic oil in addition to the standard API petroleum oil. They could not answer if one of the options was a blend of petroleum oil AND synthetic. I have never heard about any blends of oil such as that. So when I called your dealership's service department, the man who answered advised me that Hyundai does NOT recommend synthetic oil (straight or blended) for ANY of its cars. This made sense to me. So that is why I chose your service department for a standard petroleum oil change for my Sants Fe 4 cylinder car. The answer option selections I have made prior to writing this review reflect my satisfaction with your service departments application to my choice of using your services. wordex ALL RIGHT NOW! I get all my maintenance done at this dealer. All staff is friendly, and they understand that I work a lot and they always manage to squeeze me in on the Saturday I need my service done. You cannot beat the price for the dealer parts they use, the factory trained techs that work on your car, and the complimentary wash and vacuum they perform. Patrick and Nickolas are the only 2 people really care about the customers. They always deliver what they promised. Service work has been good except for the price. Over all the car has been a total disappointment in many ways We are not happy with it at all. The Veracruz is a beautiful car and that is completely all that it is. We rode in a Chevy and it is completely a much better car in every way except the looks. We are litterly emberassed when someone rides in our car. Also the radio is a total disgrace totally worthless in the AM. More
I've brought my sonata in to Ron carter for service many times and every single time the service center guys have made every visit convenient. I get treated like a friend and that's always a comfortable env times and every single time the service center guys have made every visit convenient. He was my service advisor previously at Champion Hyundai and I was thrilled when he came to work here. He is a wonderful asset to the Ron Carter Dealership. I have never had a problem with any of the service I have received from Patrick. My car is usually ready before the time given and the repairs on both my van and my daughter's Sonata have been fairly priced and spot on. They even courtesy wash our vehicles. I had a friend comment recently that he needed to take his vehicle to Ron Carter because they always take such good care of me and provide me with a loaner while my vehicle is in the shop. More
As soon as I walked in to the dealership, someone was helping me and they already had my paper work. Took a total of 10 mintues and I was out the door. My car was completed in two hours. I've used automobile and truck services departments for more than 50 years and can truthfully say that I've never found a provider to be as customer-friendly and service-oriented as Ron Carter Hyundai. Since moving to the Houston area two years ago, we have used Ron Carter exclusively for my wife's 2001 Hyundai Sonata. The service manager who supports our visits is detailed and responsive to our issues, provides a timely update on work status and keeps us consistently informed of the work and any other item we might consider. During our most recent visit for a minor repair, Ron Carter Hyundai went above and beyond what would normally be required to ensure our satisfaction.
