STAY AWAY!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A LIAR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT! Had an appointment AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A LIAR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT! Had an appointment for them to complete a recall on my Santa Fe...should have taken 2.5 hours, after 4 hours, I asked what the hold up was and they said the recall was done, but they were waiting on them to clean my car. They said I could take it and just bring it back to have it cleaned so I did. Took care of what I needed to and then took my car to my regular mechanic to have the oil changed. He took one look at it and told me to take it back to the dealership because there was a very bad coolant leak. When I did, the service rep, Brian Hemphill, admitted that they mechanic working on my recall noted that he disconnected the radiator hoses to complete the recall and when he reconnected them, there was a leak. Now, they failed to tell me that...and claimed that they just exposed and existing issue. They could not have caused the problem but would charge me over $400 to fix it. I told them to wash it because they owed me that and I would take it to my mechanic since I trusted him and no longer trusted them. I called Hyundai USA and filed a complaint. According to them, the service manager himself said he would speak to me directly to resolve my complaint. No one has ever called me. So the recall was to replace the alternator, which means they should have replaced the serpantine belt also. Well, it started to break last night, and I took my car to my mechanic. He called me today and said that Hyundai should fix it under warranty if they replaced my alternator. I called Ron Carter and was basically told I was a liar and that they weren't responsible. Now I am out $310 because of damage caused by Ron Carter Hyundai, and as if that's not bad enoughm Hyundai USA is standing behind Ron Carter's behavior. More

I called Ron Carter Hyundai, got an appt, a beautiful loaner vehicle, Adrian Chapa in service was great! He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I have my car back, had a great car at my disposal, and received excellent service from all parties involved!?? and I didn't even purchase from that dealership! Simply Awesome! And all at no charge to me!!!! How bout that!!!?? More

It was an awesome experience! Ron Carter Hyundai changed the way I usually see salespeople. I originally went to Ron Carter Hyundai for an airbag recall and several other repairs I Ron Carter Hyundai changed the way I usually see salespeople. I originally went to Ron Carter Hyundai for an airbag recall and several other repairs I needed for my 2007 Sonata. I also had 4 maypops. Being on disability I was really sweating how much this was all going to cost and what sacrifices I would need to make. Cassandra started talking about a New Car. I had no expectations and was quite sure I would be shot down when they saw my credit report. I have a couple of items in dispute, but until there resolved they still show up on my credit report as derogatory. Cassandra came back and told me she was going to send me home in a new car that day. I listened out of courtesy, but still had no expectations. Salespeople are always talking about how they can do this or that. I honestly don't trust salespeople or advertising. In my experience there's always a gimmick brewing somewhere. Or so I thought! Cassandra was different. No lies and no tricks. Just a lot of investigating and teamwork. It was a tough job and after a long afternoon I was ready to drive my car home, and I asked Cassandra for my keys. There was still much work to be done, but Cassandra didn't give me my keys back. She gave me the keys to a brand new car and said we'll see you tomorrow. I was still skeptical but looked forward to coming back. If nothing else I felt like a Very Very Important Person. When I returned the next day my experience just got better and better. The down payment was very low. Much much less than the repairs to old car would have been. The trade in value was very reasonable. I didn't have to think or ask for anything. The interest rate on the New 2014 Hyundai Accent is amazingly low, and for the next 10 years I won't have to worry about any repairs. They gave me a 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Ron Carter Hyundai took care of everything for me. For anyone who hates pushy salespeople and misleading sales and trickery I recommend Ron Carter Hyundai. Ask for Cassandra!! I went in feeling like a paulper, but ended up feeling like a Very Very Important Person. Everybody else was great as well. Normally, I'm very harsh and brutally honest with salespeople. It's my idea of how you treat dishonest people. Nobody's tougher than I am on this matter. I get my toughness from being as honest and truthful as I can be. I think truth defines who we are. Ron Carter Hyundai is a very honest dealership. I'm really enjoying my new car. Thanks to everyone at Ron Carter Hyundai. I definitely recommend you to everyone I know. More

From servicee to a new vehicle in just a few short hours I took in my 2011 Sonate for service on a minor issue with the tire pressure light coming on. Don't buy anything from this dealer. I have not received all of what I was promised when I bought my car. The first time my wife took it back in they did the " it's a woman thing".
