I had brought my car in for it's 60K service. Whenever it is service like that I try to always use Ron Carter Hyundai; I can not always use them for just oil changes because of the distance that I work from is service like that I try to always use Ron Carter Hyundai; I can not always use them for just oil changes because of the distance that I work from Clear Lake and my hours so I will use Ron Carter Alvin for that. From the time I brought in my car till I picked it up, I feel Patrick McClellan always had my best interest in mind and that is something I really appreciate. The problem with the A/C had been an issue for several weeks; however, due to several personal issues I could not get it in for the repair and it had just gone out of warranty (When you drive 98 miles a day to and from work the miles climb quickly). He went to Hyundai on my behalf to see what they could offer which was a blessing. Also because it was going to be several hours he was able to give me a loaner car so I could get to work on time. Once it was determined the problem with the a/c and the door opener, there was going to be a delay in picking up my vehicle due to the fact that parts had to be ordered. So instead of having me drive all the way back to the dealership return the loaner, pick up my car and then when the parts came in have to return to the dealership for the repair work, he arranged for me to be able to keep the loaner and then when the car was completely ready I returned to the dealership. I feel he has always shown true customer service which is sometimes very unusual in this day and age, but it is very much appreciated. Thank you again More
First, when I called the service department with some questions about the types of oil you use, the man on the line gave me very specific information. My question had to do with the types of oil another dealership's service department advised me about. Their website showed two different types of synthetic oil in addition to the standard API petroleum oil. They could not answer if one of the options was a blend of petroleum oil AND synthetic. I have never heard about any blends of oil such as that. So when I called your dealership's service department, the man who answered advised me that Hyundai does NOT recommend synthetic oil (straight or blended) for ANY of its cars. This made sense to me. So that is why I chose your service department for a standard petroleum oil change for my Sants Fe 4 cylinder car. The answer option selections I have made prior to writing this review reflect my satisfaction with your service departments application to my choice of using your services. wordex ALL RIGHT NOW! I get all my maintenance done at this dealer. All staff is friendly, and they understand that I work a lot and they always manage to squeeze me in on the Saturday I need my service done. You cannot beat the price for the dealer parts they use, the factory trained techs that work on your car, and the complimentary wash and vacuum they perform. I would never even think of taking my Hyundai anywhere else for service. More
Patrick and Nickolas are the only 2 people really care about the customers. They always deliver what they promised. Service work has been good except for the price. Over all the car has been a total disappointment in many ways We are not happy with it at all. The Veracruz is a beautiful car and that is completely all that it is. We rode in a Chevy and it is completely a much better car in every way except the looks. We are litterly emberassed when someone rides in our car. Also the radio is a total disgrace totally worthless in the AM. More
I've brought my sonata in to Ron carter for service many times and every single time the service center guys have made every visit convenient.
