No manager stepped in to reply to my communication/email or message request. Tech Juan tried hard and worked with Hyundai on warranty. If I had not continued calling for updates 1-2 times a week, do not know when car service would have been completed. Juan should/could have been authorized to give a courtesy maintenance service that was done on the car. More
