The service center does not communicate updates w/ your vehicle. The issue has NOT been resolved after 3 attempts. I received an Oil Change & ran out of basic fluids that should have been checked & toppe vehicle. The issue has NOT been resolved after 3 attempts. I received an Oil Change & ran out of basic fluids that should have been checked & topped off during the initial visit that led to issues w/ my A/C. After returning for repairs to my A/C, it worked long enough to get home only to stop working again. It is triple digits in Texas & I still don't have A/C. The issue w/ the A/C was never communicated & still not fixed. One positive, they accommodate while without your vehicle because wait times are unnerving. I purchased Hyundai because of it's warranty & the service that comes w/ it. I will have to reconsider for upcoming buy for my son's car. More
Made an appt and the time was not taken into consideration. What was supposed to not take long took and ENTIRE day and we already had a busy day planned. My vehicle has been there since May 9, 2024. Customer service is awful. I haven't received any calls as far as the status of my vehicle. They have tried to get me to pick my car up without finishing the repairs. To bring it back when it's convenient for me. I just want my car repaired and they will never see me again. I've had to escalate this to Hyundai corporation. The management at this dealership need to be replaced with people that care about it's customers. More
