I bought a car late at night and had to pick it up due to going through inspection and I had to call to find out when it was ready and was sent to multiple voicemails until I got ugly with the front desk girl. It is a sales person who is earning commission job from my sale to be more communicative. Not me having to hunt down when my car is ready. Pathetic. More
