When in for oil change, tire rotation and replace horn. They had to order horn and to reschedule horn replace. Car felt funny I thought it was the tire rotation. Next morning, still felt/sounded weird, so They had to order horn and to reschedule horn replace. Car felt funny I thought it was the tire rotation. Next morning, still felt/sounded weird, so I pulled over to check tires. There were 2 lugs loose on my back tire. I was able to turn the lugs with my fingers. Slowly drove to dealership which was 3 miles away and They were able to do the same. Immediately took car back and rechecked everything. I or someone could have been seriously injured/killed. I don't understand how this could have happened. More
When I first started taking my car here, it was ok. However, now when I take my car and tell them what is wrong or needs to be done, something new begins going wrong. Ex. One of my internal sockets for a car charger wasn't working. The man suggested I only use the one that hooks up to my car system (which doesn't make since seeing as though I pay money to use ALL features on my car). When he took it to the back to look at it, and brought it back to me, neither of my sockets were working. Another time they tried to convince me to pay over $1,000 to fix a headlight in my car. I think I have learned my lesson with this place. Not sure I would go back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend. The last 3 times I went, I asked for them to give me a print out of the things that needed to be done to my car, each time I was told I would get it next time! More
