Phenomenal Service, but after some research, the cost of the services were so high that I cannot trust this dealership and will never return for anything other than recalls. I was really disappointed when I the services were so high that I cannot trust this dealership and will never return for anything other than recalls. I was really disappointed when I looked on the internet and inquired with other shops/mechanics about how much some of these services should cost. Big Star Hyundai was always at the top of the range or even well above the ranges I was given in a few cases. Every interaction I had with a person was really great. Juan was incredibly helpful and nice, as was everyone else I talked with. I am honestly really disappointed because I could imagine using Big Star Hyundai for all my future services/car purchases, but I, unfortunately, feel like I cannot trust the dealership's pricing. I'll give one specific example. One of the items on my list of suggested services/repairs was to replace the interior cabin air filter and the cost proposed was $75. During my inspection two years ago, the shop I was at threw that in for free, but maximum I've never paid more than about $40. It only takes a minute or two to replace. More

Online price was great, but was surprised about a non negotiable AFTERMARKET package that we had to get. Online price was $7000 off MSRP and the forced package was $6999. Overall, the excitement of purchasing a Pallisade has gone out the window due to the lack of price transparency, the lack of follow through by the other salesman, and the overall experience. Still waiting for my car when the other salesman had me drive to the dealership at 10am saying it was ready. It is 1:30pm now. More
