I give this rating because of Chris Olsen. He was absolutely amazing. We came in to "look" at cars for our 17 year old daughter. We fully intended to "shop around." Ron Carter Hyundai was a very easy dealership to work with. I was very happy to be able to do business with Chris Olsen, sales representative. The only negative thing I have to say about Ron Carter, is that you as the consumer, have to make it clear to them that you want to receive ALL sales promotions that are made available to you. I did not do this, and it ended up costing me a $500 best buy gift card. I know this was partially my fault for not pursuing the issue at the time of the sale, but I also feel that I should not have had to pursue the issue, as the promotion was sent to me by mail. I am apprehensive about recommending Ron Carter to others, because of this. More

This is our first time buying a Hyundai and it was one of the best experience i have ever had. I was going in for a Tucson Limited instead my sales rep. James from Ron Carter Hyundai shown me a Santa Fe Limited inline-4 for almost about the same amount of money and I get MORE space..OMG, I was in love with it right away. James took me on a test drive where I get to experience how the Santa Fe handle on regular road and rough bumpy road. He took his time and showed me every detail about the car from one end to the other end. He was so good at explaining all the details I thought he was the Santa Fe manual, lol. Anyways, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, ask for James and you will not be disappointed. More

I had brought my car in for it's 60K service. Whenever it is service like that I try to always use Ron Carter Hyundai; I can not always use them for just oil changes because of the distance that I work from is service like that I try to always use Ron Carter Hyundai; I can not always use them for just oil changes because of the distance that I work from Clear Lake and my hours so I will use Ron Carter Alvin for that. From the time I brought in my car till I picked it up, I feel Patrick McClellan always had my best interest in mind and that is something I really appreciate. The problem with the A/C had been an issue for several weeks; however, due to several personal issues I could not get it in for the repair and it had just gone out of warranty (When you drive 98 miles a day to and from work the miles climb quickly). He went to Hyundai on my behalf to see what they could offer which was a blessing. Also because it was going to be several hours he was able to give me a loaner car so I could get to work on time. Once it was determined the problem with the a/c and the door opener, there was going to be a delay in picking up my vehicle due to the fact that parts had to be ordered. So instead of having me drive all the way back to the dealership return the loaner, pick up my car and then when the parts came in have to return to the dealership for the repair work, he arranged for me to be able to keep the loaner and then when the car was completely ready I returned to the dealership. I feel he has always shown true customer service which is sometimes very unusual in this day and age, but it is very much appreciated. Thank you again More
