I have to say that this was the absolute best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle a of Clear Lake. My salesperson was Chris Olsen. From the time I stepped on the lot to the time when I signed the papers, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Chris was very friendly, professional and helpful. Not to mention also funny. I knew exactly what car I wanted. Chris went to the lot looking for my specific car and brought it up to me. I didn't have to go out in the heat searching the parking lot. He also helped me to get every discount that I had available. He truly seemed to care about me! It never seemed like I was just a sale and I NEVER felt pressured by anyone. The financing was the fastest that I have ever experienced also. I expected to be sitting there all day, like I am used to, but that didn't happen. By the time that I finished with everything it was already after closing and I knew that Chris needed to get home to his family, however he insisted on staying and helping me transfer items from my trade in, and explaining all of the features on my new car. He went over every little detail with me. I was amazed at how much time he took with me. Most dealers would just let you drive off in your new car and that be it. Not here. Everyone single person that I came into contact with seemed to genuinelly care about my happiness. I left here feeling like royalty.
