We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with challenges. When regularly selling over 200 new hyundais per month misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time. If we undertand you comcern properly, you made an offer to purchase and your commitment was confirmed by Veronica. Then Veronica went to gain acceptance from management. Not sure with whom I'm speaking, but let me assure you, we came to the dealership with the intent to purchase the vehicle. Veronica asked us what we wanted to offer on the vehicle and wrote it down on paper. She wrote, " 23,000, Drive out". Veronica returned from speaking with Anthony Hewitt, (I asked the gentleman's name) and told me and my mother that the offer was accepted. We then went to view the actual car with the color my Mother wanted. They were going to clean it up while we completed the paperwork. when we sat back down at her desk, they had added. tt&L, plus various dealer fees. The chances that Veronica, I, and my Mother, Dr. Shynett would misunderstand what she wrote and what was agreed to by Anthony Hewitt are impossible. This is just what happened, and as I explained in an email to Toby Fortenworth

Mr. Shynett, My name is Chris Premont and I am the Business Development Manager with Ron Carter Hyundai. In addition to a multitude of other tasks, I respond to reviews. Yes, there apparently was a miscommunication during your visit, and I apologize. When you brought this to our attention via email, Mr. Hewitt offered to make it right and honor the deal as you understood it to be: "...I would still like to do business with your parents. Veronica said the offer was 23000 drive out. If they are still in the market. I would love to sell them a car. Sorry about all the miscommunication. I will accept the offer. Please let us make it up to your parents..." I can certainly understand your discomfort based on your description of events here at the store. Again our apologies for any miscommunication. Thank you again for your feeedback. We will use them as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Each vehicle listing/ePrice on our website states "Internet Prices include discounts and all available rebates; consumer must qualify for rebates...". Qualifying for rebates ranges from Finance Bonus Cash-that requires HMF approval to military service or current Hyundai ownership, etc. We agree that it is possible that we may have failed to properly explain our processes to you during your visit. We will be reviewing this with our management staff as we do not ever like to see a customer leave dissatisfied. Again, we appreciate your having visited with us and apologize for any inconvenience.
