When my family and I came to Ron Carter it was to look at the new Cadillac SRX at the Ron Carter Cadillac dealership. Christian Karamitsos introduced himself and from that moment on, he was attentive, helpful and patient. My husband and I had spent many days prior to this looking at lease options on a new JX35 at the Infiniti dealership across the the street. Their sales team was so stuffy, difficult and just not very friendly. So when we walked into Ron Carter and were greeted by friendly people it made us feel right at home. I must say the overall feeling of the dealership compared to the Infiniti dealership across the street was like night and day. Christain immediately offerred video games for our little one, hot dogs, bbq and popcorn while we waited. I must also mention that Lisa the clown was awesome. My little Jackson still has his balloon hat that she made him. Having her as a source of entyerteainment made the 3.5 hours that we were they go by much quicker and Christian certainly did his part to move things along. State Farm Insurance totalled my 2012 Hyundai Accent due to a hail storm that hit Hitchcock, Texas. We had just bought the vehicle from Christian a year ago, and we loved it. We went back to Christian, and told him we wanted another vehicle just like it with the same color. We love the Cyclone Gray, and that was the only color that we wanted. They found one left, and are trying their best to secure and deliver that exact vehicle for us. We feel that Christian went above and beyond to make us feel so at ease having to purchase another vehicle so soon, after the experience of loosing the vehicle we were so happy and comfortable driving. We went back to Ron Carter Hyundai because of the Customer Service we had recieved a year ago. They also made the experience so much easier to transfer my warranty, life and disability insurances on the loan I had on the 2012 Hyundai. Frank Luna transferred all them for us right in the finance department, making it so much easier to get all of that filed and transferred to the new loan. The experience was made so much easier for us, and Christian was so wonderful to us through the whole experience. Christian kept us informd as to the progress, and catered to us throughout the whole process. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this purchase, along with the 2012 Hyundai, were the best ever at any dealership. More
