My husband, son and I were in the dealership to buy our son a new car. The original salesman my husband spoke with was no longer with the dealership, but we were informed that Kilan would be taking care o son a new car. He stepped right in like he had been speaking with us for quite some time. He was very professional yet patient with us. He went above and beyond any salesperson I have ever dealt with, particularly a car salesman. Although he was somewhat new to the business, we never would have guessed it as he was very knowledgeable about the car, and the competitive brands. And he is a "straight-shooter" - he operates with integrity and answered all questions we had. He related well with us (as "parents") and with our son (18). He was working with at least 3 customers at once but yet we did not even notice because everything was running so smoothly. If you have a chance to test drive the turbo Veloster please do. It is such a smooth ride and we splurged a little bit and upgraded to it after the test drive. We had a great experience overall with Christian and he is a go getter. Someone that can make things happen for you. Very excited and I love my new ride. More

My car was on its last leg. I didn't know if it was going to start from one day to the next. I knew I had to get a new car asap. However, I wasn't ready to buy right then and there and the sales guy Marcus was just not taking no for an answer that day. When I walked out I knew I had to get me a Tuscon. So I did my research and even though I didn't like my first experience there I new that was the dealership I needed to go to for the best pricing. I researched the sales men and read tons of reviews. I was pleased with the reviews on one guy, Jim Holsen. So, I called and scheduled an appointment with him. I'm so glad I did. I told him my situation and he was so kind and listened to my every need. He was not pushy like a normal car salesman. I didn't feel forced to do something I wasn't ready for like my previous experience. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the product and his willing to actually listen to my concerns. He answered my questions and helped me find the best price. Jim was so amazing. He restored my excitment in buying a car. Once I had the keys to my car he showed me how to use everything, every button, and he told me what all the different possible lights that may show up on my dashboard meant. From the time I called to ask a question about the Santa Fe 3rd row seating until the time I signed the papers on the new purchase I was treated so good.
