I had been researching the car I wanted for quite some time so when I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before so I was a little ner time so when I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and even after a long day on a holiday weekend, James was so friendly and patient with me. He was able to answer my questions and I felt like I got a good deal not just on my trade in but also on my new car. The car I wanted was not in stock and it would take a few days to find so James put me in a loaner vehicle until mine came in. When I arrived to pick up my new car, James took me through all the features and functions of the car and made sure every question was answered. He even followed up with me a few days later to see how I was enjoying it. I absolutely LOVE my new car. I got everything I wanted including a great buying experience at Ron Carter Hyundai. I received a reply shortly , from Christian Karamistsos saying the car would be ready for a test drive, whenever I could get there. I had been riding my Harley-Davidson with friends and decided to stop by on the way home. Looking like a dirty biker and not a serious buyer I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundia. I was met by Christian Karamistsos , he gave me plenty of time to drive and check out the car, and without any high pressure sales pitches. I was not only impressed with the car, but with Christians demeanor. Long story short, I made an offer, it was accepted and I was driving the car the next day. My husband, son and I were in the dealership to buy our son a new car. The original salesman my husband spoke with was no longer with the dealership, but we were informed that Kilan would be taking care o son a new car.
