Christian answered the phone and was very helpful and willing to work with me as much as he could when I let him know I was on my way to the hospital to visit my mother. He gave me his cell number so I could let him know when I was on my way so he could pull the key for me so it wouldn't take too much of my time. In my haste I forgot to call him but he was waiting right in front and moved as quickly as possible. We had a pleasant test drive and I fell in love with the SUV. Not planning on it...We went thru the next steps of numbers, financing, hotdogs and popcorn and two hours later we were driving off the lot in MY NEW escalade.
