Went in for tire change and employee told me the tire could not be fixed and had to order new one. I went in to get my car repairs and the total came out to be $7000. I feel as if was over charged and they didn’t diagnose and fix the initial problem which cost an additional $3900. When I finally went through the paperwork, I noticed product that was sold to me that I didn’t know about like the shield protect and the maintince package for three oil changes, tire rotation and car wash. I was never informed, when I was signing the documents because it was explained to me it was something else. Of course you know buying a car takes forever and I was not having a good day at all. I cried the entire time I was there. Since then I have taken it back for an a/c check and when I went to pick it up, the unit was still on the floor. I would never go back to this location nor would I recommend. The only sweet experience I had in reference to my car purchase was my car sales man Moiz. He was very kind and patient. More
