Service advisor did not listen/understand the problem described, therefore the technician was trying to recreate a problem that did not exist. Also I had to initiate all communications with the advisor described, therefore the technician was trying to recreate a problem that did not exist. Was lied to by Monica and another sales person that regardless of my credit score IT was 0 down I was promised but at the end had to pay $500 down smh. I was recently contacted with what seemed like a great lease offer, pending a trade-in. Monica quoted me an excellent price over the phone. I asked her to send the details via text or email, but she refus lease offer, pending a trade-in. Monica quoted me an excellent price over the phone. I asked her to send the details via text or email, but she refused, claiming it was an end-of-month special and that I might take the offer to another dealer. Against my better judgment, I wrote down the details she gave me and drove an hour to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told to ask for Daniel, but at the last minute, they switched me to a different salesperson. They inspected my car and came back with an appraisal that was $4,000 lower than expected. Then they showed me the numbers: only a $3,000 discount on the new unit. If you do the math, Monica’s original quote would have required at least a $10,000 discount to match the monthly payment she promised. The salesperson went to the finance office and returned casually saying, “We can’t give you what you want.” Do not go there unless you have all the numbers in writing and proof of what they offered.
