Went in to ask about oil light being on after an oil change. Guy acted like they were to busy but nothing was in line. My Husband brought in his truck to have it aligned. But they took an entire day and did nothing so we had to pick it up and take it elsewhere. I purchased a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership on October 19, 2024. Initially, I was pleased with the $17,305.25 dealer discount offered by the salesperson. However, I also wanted information about maintenance service packages, assuming it might be included in the "BIG STAR PACKAGE" listed in my paperwork. Unfortunately, the salesperson quickly passed me on to the finance department without explaining what the BIG STAR PACKAGE actually included. During my conversation with the finance representative, we discussed additional warranty and service packages, but the details of the BIG STAR PACKAGE were never clarified. Since this package was not clearly itemized on the other documents provided, I had no idea it was already included in the vehicle price. It wasn't until after I signed that I discovered hidden charges, including a $6,695 charge for window tint and market adjustment. After realizing the discrepancy, I returned to the dealership to clarify the numbers on my documents. I received the document shown here, where handwritten notes attempted to explain the cost breakdown. Despite my attempts to understand why a $7,950 dealer discount combined with a $7,640.25 rebate only totaled $17,305.25 instead of $15,640.25, I was told by the finance representative that they were "too busy" to speak with me. On a later visit, the finance director provided the price breakdown of the BIG STAR PACKAGE, but they could not give receipts or official documents for items like the 1-year ceramic coating or the $6,695 window tint and market adjustment. When I expressed my frustration, the conversation ended with a dismissive, "I'll kick you out." As a scientist from Japan, unfamiliar with American dealership practices, this experience has been eye-opening. I appreciate finally receiving some clarification on the charges, but this experience left me feeling misled. I hope this review helps improve transparency for future customers. More
The communication started out clear with the initial sales rep I worked with. Beyond the first day of contact it was very difficult to get any information about my application.
