My customer service rep was great. The only unfortunate part was the loaner vehicle. If I am taking in a Wagoneer, I should have a wagoneer for the loaner. I originally wanted an edge, I liked the car they showed me but realized after the inside lights aren't working and the right side light isn't working on the side mirror. there were scratches that look like me but realized after the inside lights aren't working and the right side light isn't working on the side mirror. there were scratches that look like were buffed but once I washed it boom, they appeared. sales guys were great though More

Poor communication, brought car in for oil-change and State inspection. After two hours went to service desk to see what was going on.
